Dear Valued Patients,
On May 20th, all versions of the Oticon ON app and Oticon ConnectLine app will no longer be available for new downloads from Apple App Stores and Google Play Stores.
This change is because of the expiration of certificates that permit these apps to continue to be available for download from the app stores. Current users of the apps will continue to be able to use apps that have already been installed; however, if you move to a new device, they will not have a future ability to download the apps.
We encourage new patients to use the Companion app, which can also provide remote control functionality.
