Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

We know you may be concerned about the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and its implications for your health, that of your loved ones and our community. We understand and want to reassure you that Factoria Hearing Center is taking all necessary precautions to keep you and our health care teams safe. We are following the guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local, state and federal health officials.
Your upcoming appointment (s). Factoria Hearing Center will remain open, and you should feel confident in accessing services. For everyone’s safety, we are taking strict precautions by screening patients via phone, email and before entering our office.
- Have you recently traveled to an area with known local spread of COVID-19?
- Have you come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a laboratory-confirmed COVID – 19 diagnoses in the past 14 days?
- Do you have a fever (greater than 100.4 F or 38.0 C) OR symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing or sore throat?
You answered ‘Yes’ to 1 question please do not show up to an appointment or use online scheduling. Instead, please call your doctor’s office. They will advise you on the best way to receive the care you need without compromising your health or the health of other patients and our staff.
You answered ‘No’ to all 3 questions to protect your self and others please wear gloves. Thank you for your understanding.
